    Fabulous opportunity for an experienced and talented Paid Search Analyst to join this established, award-winning digital media agency - working to drive high performance campaigns for some of the best known and ‘soon to be famous’ brands and organisations, operating with a friendly, collaborative and hardworking atmosphere in their offices in Central London.

    The Role

    Develop and execute advanced Paid Search strategies to meet or exceed client objectives, focusing on Google Ads and Bing (they don’t work with SA360).

    Responsible for day-to-day management of campaigns for a range of clients, working towards pre-defined goals and optimising budget and strategies against KPIs.

    Suggesting new ideas and insights gained from running the account to stay on top of the ever-evolving channel and propose testing strategies to optimise campaign performance.

    Utilise analytics and tracking tools to monitor campaign performance, identify trends and make data-driven decisions to achieve maximum output.

    Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot tracking and set-up issues.

    Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to Account Managers/Directors.

    Learning best practices and the correct actions to take in any given situation.

    Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns according to the trends and seasonality.

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in Paid Search to drive continuous improvement.

    Learn other channels (Paid Social and Display) to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing campaigns.

    Provide mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence and innovation.

    Responsibilities:

    The key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

    To work with the wider team in setting strategies and planning the media mix for Paid Search campaigns

    Delivering on their agency promise across everything they do.

    Contribute on client calls and meetings

    Regularly auditing accounts to improve performance

    Liaise with 3rd party providers and partners to resolve any issues as they arise.

    Manage and co-ordinate freelancers where necessary to ensure high quality of work is maintained

    Invest time promoting and training team members in the role that paid search plays in the wider ecosystem.

    Support all team members in acquiring their Adwords qualifications.

    Experience/Skills required:

    1 - 2 years managing and optimising Paid Search campaigns working towards client’s goals on a DR or performance basis

    In-depth knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM) platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads

    Some experience with running non-paid search campaigns e.g Paid Social, Display would be a bonus

    Ability to manage own workload to ensure that individual, team and company targets are achieved

    Experience with sizeable campaigns and budgets working in an agency environment

    Excellent communication skills and ability to manage internal and external

    Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups, etc)

    Full Google AdWords Certification

    Experience with Google Analytics

    Qualifications: Degree 2:1 or higher in Marketing/Business/Science or experience as part of an agency internship program

    £££ excellent basic (c.£32,000 based on experience) + potential 10% annual bonus
